OJSC “Volgocemmach” manufactures and supplies basic technological equipment for dry process and wet process since 1962. Nowadays OJSC “Volgocemmach” produces new generation of kilns systems of dry process for cement clinker production with preliminary raw materials decarbonization (PVSD).  

 Developed type-size variety of these kilns can provide a wide range on productivity till 5500 ton of clinker a day.

 In PVSD kilns systems in contrast to earlier produced, shortened 3-support rotary kilns with welded-in-kiln tire are used, that increase reliability of support bearing unit of the kiln, increase stiffness of furnace body, lifetime of lining and consequently annual activity factor. Necessity in repair of sub-tire shells, thrusts gaskets drops away. OJSCVolgocemmach  produced more 2000 welded-in-kiln tires.  

 Support system of rotating kilns is provided with supports on antifriction bearings Such support design was developed by OJSC “Volgocemmach”, jointly with the institute of “VNIITSCemmach” and “Souzglavpodshipnik”  and implemented into production since 1968. Today these supports are operated om more than 2000 kilns, beginning from 2,5  till 7,0 m included, having support reactions from 500kH till 10000kH on each support. Kilns supports on antifriction bearings because of reliability of bearings units, usage of thick or circular lubrication and constructional simplicity are convenient and serviceable in operation, allows to increase equipment use factor, excludes completely usage of deficit non-ferrous metals. The kiln on antifriction bearings starts up and stops very smoothly, that positively affected on lining performance of the body, drive work and other units.     

 Cyclone preheaters of the new generation provide maximum degree of heat preparation of raw material mixture with minimum pressure loss.

  It is reached by means of usage cyclones of lowered resistance with high degree of dust separation and effective 2-chamber decarbonizer that constructively and technologically connected in a single external complex.

 In cyclones outlet fittings are executed from universal cast heatproof elements, connected between each other without additional fixing elements.  Fittings differ from the usual ones by the higher life time (in 4-5 times). Bypass outlets are provided with gravitational flaps.

 In gas ducts in places of material entry from spouts on the flux path effective distributors are installed.

 

Unit with kiln PVSDØ3*45m

  The unit with kiln Ø3*45m is intended for cement clinker receiving by the way of sequenced thermal-chemical treatment of raw material mixture in cyclone preheater and in rotary kiln with subsequent  cooling in drum cooler comprised of technological line of mini-plant of dry process.

Rotary kiln Ø2,5*75m (SMTS-339)

 

Offered rotary kiln with recuperator cooler is intended for lime production, and it also can be used for cement clinker receiving on wet process.

 Supports on antifriction bearings that reduce power consumption are used. Effective chain system and cellar preheater, allowing to reduce heat consumption for material calcination are foreseen. Smooth regulating of rotary speed provides optimal burning conditions for technological process, in the result life time of lining increases and fuel consumption reduces.

Direct flow - return flow regenerative furnace PPR-480

 Direct flow – return flow regenerative furnace PPR-80 is a component part of the unit, intended for calcination of lime with the purpose of high-quality (high-reagent) lime receiving, used when steel making.  

 High quality of lime is reached because of efficient technological process of preheating and calcination of limestone – preheating is carried out by the hot gases in straight flow mode, calcination  is carried out by hot gases in straight flow mode; and also because of automated operation of technological process of lime receiving.

 Thanks to this fuel is saved and dead burning of lime is excluded.

 When work in continuous mode discharge of ready lime is carried out solidarily with limestone calcination.

Complete project of kiln unit PPR-480, including supply of material into the kiln, air and gas supply unit, clean-up system of exhaust gases, automated control system of  technological process is developed by the institute Stalproject (c. Moscow).

 

Direct flow - return flow regenerative kiln PPR-160

 Direct flow – return flow regenerative kiln PPR-480 is a  component part of the unit, intended  for limestone calcination with the purpose of receiving high-quality (high-reagent) lime, used when steelmaking.  

 High quality of lime is reached because of efficient technological process of preheating and limestone calcination – preheating is carried out by the exhaust gases in straight flow mode, calcination  is carried out by hot gases in straight flow mode; and also because of automated operation of technological process of lime receiving. Thanks to this fuel is saved, dead burning of lime is excluded.

 Cleaning of exhaust gases is carried out in bag filters, providing high purification efficiency, dust content in purified gases 5…6 mg/m³.

Separators SMTS-420A, SMTS-419, 3, SMTS-462, SMTS-294

 

The separator is intended for work in grinding units on closed cycle with cement or raw mills and serves for division of powder, received in the mill, for the ready product and grits. Separator can be installed to cement Ø 3, 2*15 m, Ø 4*13, 5 m or raw Ø3, 2*8m, Ø4, 2*10m mills or to work in a closed cycle with two mills Ø2, 6*13m with the overall productive capacity 80-90t/hour. Using a separator allows to increase the productive capacity of the mill for 15-25% and to receive the product with fineness till 4000 cm²/g. 

 Separator is settled for work in the conditions of moderate climate in closed space. There are several different constructions of separators: centrifugal SMTS-420A, SMTS-419, 3; centrifugal- straight SMTS 462 and combined SMTS 294.

 The combined separator is intended for receiving raw and binding materials of the wide spectrum of dispersive capacity with the specific surface area 2600-4000 cm²/g as a part of grinding units and serves for division the grind for the ready product and grits.
